TYPEFORM CONNECTOR
Typeform Connector brings every completed survey response straight into Odoo. It automatically imports responses with their answers rendered as readable text, matches or creates the respondent as a contact with no manual data entry. Responses arrive in real time through webhooks, backed by a scheduled polling job so nothing is ever missed, and every sync is recorded in a transparent log.

Setup Instructions
Step 1 — Open Typeform Developer Portal
Sign in at https://www.typeform.com/developers/ click on profile icon and select Developer apps.
Step 2 — Create a Typeform App
Click on Register a new app and fill these fields. Set the Redirect URI as your Odoo instance URL
followed by /typeform.For example, if your Odoo instance URL is https://www.staging.com, then your Redirect URI should be:
https://www.staging.com/typeformOnce all the fields, click on Register app.
Step 3 — Store the Credentials
Here, you can see Client Secret. Client ID can be easily retrieved by clicking on the app as visible in the previous screenshot
Save it as it would be used in Odoo for Typeform configuration.
Step 5 — Enter Credentials in Odoo
In Odoo go to Settings → Typeform and paste your Client ID and Client Secret. Once added, click on Save in the top-left corner of the screen. Click Connect Typeform and approve access. You are redirected back to Odoo with the connection established. Another option would be to use Personal Access Token, but we don't suggest it as OAuth is more secure as compared to Accss Token, but you can choose whichever you feel comfortable with.
Step 6 — Sync Surveys
Click on Sync Now. This will sync all the surveys and contacts associated with it. Once the sync is completed, go to Typeform app in Odoo and you would see all the surveys in Odoo.
Step 7 — View the survey
Click on any one survey and click Poll Now. Ths will sync all the responses associated with Survey you opened. You will see a button at the top of the screen indicating the number of responses.
Step 8 — View Response
By clicking on any one response, you can see all the questions in the form and the audience's answer
Step 9 — Enable Webhook
Just ensure that you are not using a local server as webhooks works on only secure servers. Click on Register Webhook. This will enable webhook for this survey.

Does your app work in Odoo Enterprise?
Our module is compatible with both the Community and Odoo Enterprise.
Do I need a public URL to use this app?
No. A public HTTPS URL is only needed for real-time webhooks. The built-in scheduled poll imports responses every 15 minutes and works on any instance, including localhost.
Will I get free upgrades and support after purchase?
