Відправка в Paperless
Генерує PDF зі звіту Odoo і завантажує на Paperless. Один клік — документ готовий до підписання.
Посилання для підписання
Створює унікальне зовнішнє посилання, за яким контрагент підписує документ без реєстрації на Paperless.
Відправка по email
Wizard з контактами партнера. Доступ надається через API Paperless одразу на кілька email-адрес.
Перевірка статусу
Оновлює стан документа та відмітку підпису безпосередньо з Paperless у реальному часі.
Завантаження підписаного PDF
Перевіряє підпис і, якщо підписано, завантажує PDF та прикріплює до запису в Odoo.
Повторне вивантаження
Переміщує старий документ у кошик Paperless і завантажує актуальний PDF. Якщо підписано — запитує підтвердження.

Відправте документ
Натисніть «Відправити в Paperless» у формі замовлення або рахунку. Odoo згенерує PDF і завантажить на сервер Paperless.
Поділіться посиланням
Через меню Paperless створіть посилання для підписання або надішліть доступ на email контрагента.
Контрагент підписує
Контрагент відкриває посилання і підписує документ у Paperless.com.ua. Реєстрація на сервісі не потрібна.
Отримайте підписаний PDF
Натисніть «Завантажити підписаний документ» — Odoo перевірить статус і прикріпить PDF до запису.

Налаштування
Перейдіть до Налаштування → Paperless і вкажіть дані з кабінету Paperless.com.ua

Toltec Paperless
Send sale orders and invoices for signing via Paperless.com.ua directly from Odoo. Receive signed PDFs and track signing status without leaving the system.
Features
- Send to Paperless — generates a PDF from an Odoo report and uploads it to Paperless with one click.
- Signing link — creates a unique external link so the counterparty can sign without registering on Paperless.
- Email delivery — wizard with partner contacts; access is granted via the Paperless API to multiple email addresses at once.
- Status check — updates the document state and signing mark directly from Paperless in real time.
- Download signed PDF — verifies the signature and, if signed, downloads the PDF and attaches it to the Odoo record.
- Re-upload — moves the old document to the Paperless trash and uploads the current PDF; asks for confirmation if already signed.
How It Works
- Send the document — in the sale order or invoice form, click "Send to Paperless". Odoo generates a PDF and uploads it to the Paperless server.
- Share the link — via the Paperless menu, create a signing link or send access to the counterparty's email.
- Counterparty signs — the counterparty signs the document via the link. No Paperless registration is required.
- Download the signed PDF — click "Download Signed Document". Odoo checks the status and attaches the signed PDF to the record.
Supported Documents
- Sale Orders — full integration: header buttons, smart button, Paperless tab with attachments.
- Invoices (account.move) — same functionality for invoices and other accounting documents.
- Any other model — the module is built on paperless.mixin; connecting a new model takes 5 lines of code.
Configuration
Go to Settings → Paperless and enter the credentials from your Paperless.com.ua account.
