How It Works
After installation, go to Website → Configuration → Settings and scroll to the Abandoned Cart Recovery section. Enable the toggle, set the hours threshold, and save. A scheduled action runs every hour and automatically emails customers who have left items in their cart beyond the configured time. Each customer receives only one recovery email per cart.
