Does this need Facebook App Review?
Connecting one Page and chatting with testers/admins works right after webhook setup. To receive messages from any public customer, Meta requires a one-time App Review for the pages_messaging permission â a standard step for every Messenger integration, not specific to this module.
Does it work with Odoo Community edition?
Yes. It only depends on the standard mail and crm apps, so it installs cleanly on Community, Enterprise and Odoo.sh.
What is the 24-hour messaging window?
Meta only allows a Page to freely reply to a customer within 24 hours of their last message. The module tracks this per contact, shows the time remaining, and blocks/warns on replies sent after the window closes so your team never gets a silent failure.
Can I connect more than one Facebook Page?
Yes, connect as many Pages as you manage. Each Page keeps its own contacts, message history and dashboard metrics, filterable from every view.
Does it support images, files and CRM automation?
Customers can send images, videos and files, all logged with the conversation. Your team can convert any chat into a CRM lead with the /lead command or a single click, with the full transcript attached automatically.
