Order Notes & Special Instructions — Never Miss a Customer Request
Let customers add delivery notes and special instructions at checkout — "leave at the back door", "call before delivery", "this is a gift". The note is saved directly on the sale order and instantly visible to your fulfillment team.
Notes at Checkout
A clean note card appears above the checkout form — customers type and save in one click.
Visible on Sale Order
The note lands in the Customer Note field, right on the order form for your team.
Editable Anytime
The saved note stays visible at checkout — customers can update it until they pay.
Zero Configuration
Install and it works immediately — no settings, no setup, no new menus.

How It Works
Install the module and open your store's checkout page. A Special Instructions / Order Notes card appears before the address form. The customer types their note, clicks Save Note, and the order is updated instantly. Your team sees the note on the sale order in the backend — no email chains, no missed instructions.
