⚙️ Configuration Steps

Install the Module
Go to Apps → Search "Product Reviews" → Install
After installation, the reviews section automatically appears on all product pages.

Customer Submits a Review
- Customer visits any product page on your website
- Scrolls down to "Customer Reviews" section
- Must be logged in — a login link is shown if not
- Selects 1–5 stars by clicking the stars
- Enters a Review Title (required)
- Writes their Review (optional)
- Clicks "Submit Review"
- A toast notification confirms submission

Admin Reviews Pending Submissions
- Go to Website → eCommerce → Products → Product Reviews
- By default shows Pending reviews
- View Product, Customer, Star Rating, Title, Date
- Click ✓ Approve — review goes live on website immediately
- Click ✗ Reject — review is hidden from website

Review Shows on Product Page
- After approval, refresh the product page
- Review appears in the Customer Reviews section
- Average rating and review count update automatically
- Reviewer name and date are shown

Enable / Disable Reviews Per Product
- Go to Website → eCommerce → Products
- Open any product
- Click "Reviews & Ratings" tab
- Toggle "Allow Reviews" ON or OFF
- When OFF — the reviews section is hidden for that product

View Review Stats on Product
- Open any product form → Reviews & Ratings tab
- See Average Rating and Review Count
- View and manage all reviews for that product directly
- Approve or reject reviews without leaving the product form
