Referred customers cost you nothing to acquire and convert far better than cold traffic — a friend's recommendation beats any ad. This module gives every customer a unique referral link. When a friend clicks it and completes their first purchase, the friend gets an automatic discount and the referrer earns a reward — all tracked automatically.
Unique Links
Every customer gets a secure, unguessable referral link from their /referral page.
Automatic Discount
The referred friend sees the discount right in their cart — no coupon codes to type.
Fraud Protected
First purchase only, self-referrals blocked — including the referrer's own company contacts.
Reward Emails
Referrers get a branded email the moment their friend's order is confirmed.
How the Flow Works
- Customer opens /referral (Refer & Earn page) and copies their unique link
- A friend clicks the link — the referral is remembered for their whole visit
- The friend shops; a Referral Discount line appears automatically in their cart
- On their first confirmed order: the referrer's counters increase and a reward email is sent

Configuration
Website → Configuration → Settings → Referral Program: set the discount amount and choose Percentage or Fixed. Default is 10%. That's the only setting — everything else is automatic.
