Seasonal surcharges and margin-floor enforcement Seasonal surcharge rules add a percentage on top of the price for a trade during a date window. A margin-floor percentage guards every task, option and customer quote: whatever the markup curve, the seasonal surcharge, the tier discount and the diagnostic credit work out to, the final price can never be pushed below cost plus the configured minimum margin.
