Foundational data layer for the Treasury Management suite in Odoo 19
Overview
Treasury Base provides the master data infrastructure for managing treasuries (cash and bank), currency denominations, and transaction reason codes. It establishes the security framework with five role levels and multi-company support.

Wraps Odoo account.journal (cash/bank) with balance tracking, denomination counting, and multi-currency support.
Denomination Management
Configure currency denominations for accurate cash counting and reconciliation with physical inventory.
Transaction Reason Codes
Define reason codes for voucher classification, enabling structured categorization of all treasury transactions.
Role-Based Security
Five security levels: Treasury User, Supervisor, Manager, Finance Manager, and Auditor with record-level access rules.
