Drag & Drop Widgets

Review Management
Sync reviews from eTrusted into Odoo. View ratings, comments, product details, and reply to customers directly from the backend.

Drag & drop review widgets
Place widgets anywhere using the Odoo website editor
Two snippet types in the Trusted Shops category: Service Reviews (shop-level) and Product Reviews (per product with variant support).
Drag the snippet onto any page, paste your Widget ID in the options panel. 5 widget styles: Review Carousel, Trusted Stars, Customer Voice, Mini Stars, Full Review List.
Product widgets automatically update when a visitor switches variants. The widget re-renders with the correct SKU, GTIN, or MPN via live RPC.
Review management in Odoo
Sync, view, and reply to reviews without leaving Odoo
Reviews sync automatically every 6 hours, or manually via Sync eTrusted Data. Service and product reviews with full customer, transaction, and product details.
Reply to reviews directly from the Odoo form view. Replies are sent to eTrusted and appear on your public review profile. Delete replies with one click.
Filter by rating, type (service/product), state (approved/moderation/rejected), verification status, and channel. Full product info for product reviews (SKU, GTIN, brand).
One-click eTrusted API sync
Fetch channels, event types, and reviews from your eTrusted account
Enter your eTrusted Client ID and Client Secret, then click Test Connection to verify. Click Sync eTrusted Data to fetch everything at once.
Synced data under eTrusted Data menu: Channels, Event Types, Review Cache. Select from dropdowns when configuring Shop Channels â no manual ID copying needed.
Multi-channel support: each channel auto-detects language from the eTrusted locale. Trustbadge and widget settings configured directly on the channel form.
Review invitations & invite tracking
Automatic events with delivery status on every order
When payment is confirmed, a review invitation event is sent to the eTrusted API with customer info, order reference, and product details. Hourly cron as backup.
Invite tracking on the sale order: see if the invite was Scheduled, Sent, Delivered, or if the customer already wrote a review. Updated every 2 hours via cron.
Generate Review Link button on sale orders creates a direct questionnaire URL for the customer. Share it via email, chat, or your customer portal.
Product identifiers & brands
SKU, GTIN, MPN, Brand, and auto-generated SKU on every product
A dedicated Trusted Shops tab on every product form lets you set SKU, GTIN, MPN, Brand, and an Exclude checkbox. Variant-level values with template fallback.
Products without a SKU get an auto-generated one (e.g. SKU0001).
Used for product review widgets, event data, Trustcard, and CSV export.
"Exclude from Trusted Shops Reviews" skips the product in review events, Trustcard data, and CSV export.
Quick setup checklist
- Install the Trusted Shops Integration module
- Go to Settings → Trusted Shops and enable Trusted Shops
- Enter your eTrusted Client ID and Client Secret, click Test Connection
- Click Sync eTrusted Data to fetch channels, event types, and reviews
- Go to Shop Channels, create a channel (TSID + eTrusted Channel + Event Type)
- Add Widgets on the channel form (name, Widget ID, style)
- Configure Trustbadge settings on the channel form (variant, position)
- Open the website editor, drag Trusted Shops snippets onto your pages
- Paste Widget IDs into the snippet options panel
- Fill in SKU, GTIN, MPN, and Brand on your products
- Enable features: Trustcard, API Events, Rich Snippets, Order Export
