Linkedin Jobs Feed
The Linkedin Jobs Feed module enables organizations to publish job openings from Odoo Recruitment to Linkedin using a standards-compliant XML feed. Instead of manually exporting vacancies, the module automatically generates a secure feed URL that Linkedin can periodically synchronize, ensuring your latest job postings are always available.
Built entirely within Odoo, the module provides a simple and efficient way to configure, manage, and maintain multiple job feeds while giving complete control over which vacancies are shared.

The generated feed URL is displayed within the configuration form and can be copied with a single click, making it quick and convenient to configure Linkedin job ingestion.
Use Odoo's built-in domain filters to control which job positions are included in each feed. Create customized feeds for different companies, departments, locations, or recruitment campaigns without writing any code.
Each feed is protected with a unique access token (UUID), allowing only authorized requests to retrieve job data. This provides a secure and reliable way to publish recruitment information.
A smart stat button on every feed displays the real-time count of job positions matched by the feed's domain filter. Clicking it opens the filtered job list directly, so you can instantly verify which roles are being published — without leaving the feed form.
Before connecting the feed to Linkedin, open the feed URL in a new browser tab to instantly inspect the raw XML output and verify your job data looks correct.
Create and manage multiple Linkedin feeds simultaneously. Archive unused feeds whenever required while preserving their configurations for future use.
Follow these steps to add or edit an ATS or any job source in Recruiter:

Move your cursor over your profile picture at the top of your Recruiter homepage and select Product settings from the dropdown.
Note: Here, you'll see whether we've added tracking to your ATS as a standard source code format. If your ATS is not listed, please reach out to your ATS provider for details on how to configure your source code.

Click Job posting on the left-hand side.

Next to Job sources for automated job postings, click View/Edit.

Click the Job source requests tab.

Click Add new job source.

In the Connect your ATS slide-in window, open the drop-down list and choose the correct source.
- If you're connecting an ATS, pick the correct ATS from the list.
- If you specifically have a Linkedin Formatted XML feed, scroll to the bottom of the drop-down list and select Linkedin Jobs XML. For more information, see the Jobs XML Feed Development Guide for customers.

After selecting your ATS or job source, complete the remaining fields in the form:
- Name of job source
- Job source URL: Enter the URL of your job page or career site.
- Estimated number of expected open jobs from source
- Enable job backfill: When backfill is enabled, unused Job Slots will automatically be filled with the most recently posted jobs from your ATS or career site. You will also designate a default person to be the job poster for all backfill jobs.
- Company page on Linkedin
- Applicant source tracking code: Tracking measures whether candidates who click your jobs on Linkedin complete the application in your ATS, providing a more accurate view of ROI to inform future job postings.
- Additional information (optional): Enter any relevant information that may help when setting up this request, such as an additional source URL, job exclusion requirements, IP whitelist request needed, etc.

Click the Request connection button.
Results
Once your ATS has been connected, the Status will change from "Source in process of activation" to "ATS source added." You can also view your configured ATS on the Configured sources tab.
You may receive an email from the Linkedin Support team with instructions on next steps, including ensuring your jobs are displaying accurately. You'll have the option to connect directly with the Linkedin Support team to understand if there are customized solutions that will help with the quality of your setup.

at regular intervals, so any changes to your job positions in Odoo are

Copy the Feed URL from the form view and open it in a new browser tab. The
browser will display the raw XML output so you can confirm all job positions
and field values are correct before submitting the URL to Linkedin.
The controller returns an Access Denied error and no feed data is served.
Make sure the correct token is appended to the URL as the access_token
parameter before sharing it with Linkedin.
