How It Works
This module enhances the default Odoo email system by introducing CC, BCC, and Reply-To fields. Administrators can configure default email addresses at the company level and enable or disable features based on business needs.
When enabled, users can easily manage CC and BCC recipients directly from the email composer, improving communication efficiency and control.
Configuration Steps
- Go to Settings â Companies
- Open your company record
- Navigate to Mail Settings tab
- Enable CC / BCC / Reply-To options
- Set default CC and BCC email addresses
- Save the configuration
- Open any email composer to see the changes
