1. To access the AI service, please follow the steps below:

  • Create an Account & Retrieve Your Key: Visit https://ai.fynix.app register, and access your Authentication Key from the OCR Dashboard.
  • Activate Your OCR Service: Purchase the required OCR Tokens from https://ai.fynix.app/shop to start using the service.

2. Install AI Business Intelligence Module

Search for "TUS BI Dashboard" inside your Odoo Apps menu and install the module.

3. API Configuration Menu inside Odoo

After installing, navigate to the BI Dashboard app and select Configuration => AI Provider from the top menu list.

4. Configure Odoo BI AI Token & AI Provider

In this step, you can configure your AI Providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or Fynix AI), set Max Tokens, adjust Temperature, configure timeouts, and manage all other AI parameters. Paste your secure API key and click Test Connection to instantly verify the integration:

5. Select AI Provider Models & Presets

In this step, you can select and configure advanced sub-models for each AI Provider. Easily choose your preferred presets—such as Anthropic Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Claude 3.5 Haiku, OpenAI GPT-4o, Google Gemini 2.0 Flash, or configure custom models to achieve the best balance of response quality, execution speed, and token cost:

The module features an interactive User Guide tab built directly into the AI configuration form. It provides recommended performance settings (Max Tokens, Temperature, Timeout limits), cached prompt controls, step-by-step setup guides, sample prompts, and quick troubleshooting lists to ensure a flawless configuration:

Access the Saved Dashboards menu to view, search, and manage all your AI-generated dashboard templates. Keep track of won/lost leads, products, sales performance, set categories, mark favorites, and quickly re-run any saved dashboard with a single click:

Review your complete generation logs under the Prompt History menu. Auditing is made easy; you can track detailed system/user prompts, check execution statuses, model speed, execution times, and easily save or re-run any historical query:

Navigate to the Prompt Suggestions menu to customize, create, or modify pre-defined prompt suggestions that show up on your dashboard. Help your team generate complex layouts instantly with quick-suggest options:

Keep a secure record of all Odoo-AI interactions under the Audit Logs menu. Monitor the generated SQL queries, model responses, API token consumptions, and debugging details to maintain full visibility over AI activities:

Simply enter any prompt in natural English in the search bar. The AI engine resolves your query, creates optimized SQL structures, and builds tailored layouts featuring custom KPI metrics. The engine supports a massive array of pre-built layout visualizations and chart types, including:
  • KPI Cards: Single-value indicators to display core metrics (Revenue, Profit, Total Leads) at a glance.
  • Line & Area Charts: Perfect for tracking historical trends, sales performance, and forecasts over time.
  • Stacked Bar & Column Charts: Excellent for comparative analysis, category breakdowns, and monthly statistics.
