Why Choose This Module
Highlights Subjects, rooms (with seating capacity) and tutors with per-session or per-hour pay rates and subject qualifications. Class definitions for both recurring group classes (capped by the room) and private 1-to-1 slots, with a weekly timetable rule that generates the concrete dated sessions in one click (idempotent, re-runnable). Student enrolment with capacity and duplicate-enrolment guards. Prepaid session-pack products that snapshot count / price / validity onto each purchase and are drawn down one session at a time, oldest pack first, with reservation so a pack can never be oversold and a low-balance alert. An attendance register per session driving the whole money flow: present and unexcused-absence draw a prepaid session; an excused absence awards a redeemable make-up credit instead; a make-up attendance burns a credit rather than the pack. Make-up credit tracking with expiry. Tutor payroll built from taught sessions into a locked payslip that cannot double-pay a session. Per-student progress reports with attendance breakdown and skill grading, plus a parent statement of remaining sessions and make-up credits.
