Rental, fleet, and accounting for UAE operators
Standalone app on top of Odoo Rental and Fleet: branches, vehicles, contracts, deposits, compliance fields, fines, insurance, inspections, and optional RTA TARS connectivity.
Overview
Manage the full rental lifecycle from quotation to return: capture customer documents and corporate data, assign branch and vehicle, track odometer and fuel, automate deposit journal entries, and follow fines and Salik-style charges. Insurance policies, accidents, and structured vehicle inspections (including photo and damage mapping) help operations and claims.
Optional RTA TARS: when configured, the module exchanges data with RTA endpoints you supply (API keys, agency identifiers). Align usage with RTA terms and your privacy policy.
UAE-oriented fiscal helpers (e.g. VAT context) and cron-driven reminders support day-to-day compliance.
