Project, Manufacturing and Field Service timesheets under one roof
Bring project and task timesheets, manufacturing order and work order time, and Field Service job timesheets into one governed operational view. Managers can compare employees, departments, customers, projects, production operations and service work without replacing the native Odoo records that remain the source of truth.
Unified Timesheet Attendance Bridge
Give performance metrics a fair denominator by combining native calendars, attendance and approved leave with operational work.
Built for decisions, not decorative totals
Capacity and performance calculations that managers can trust because absence, leave and schedules are handled correctly.
Native attendance integration
Uses Odoo attendance check-in and check-out history as workforce-presence evidence.
Working-calendar capacity
Derives expected capacity from the selected employee/company resource calendar instead of arbitrary averages.
Approved-leave awareness
Removes approved leave from capacity expectations so performance comparisons remain defensible.
Late and early indicators
Surface schedule-discipline context for recurring lateness, early exits and missed attendance.
No independent attendance history
The bridge reads native Odoo attendance and leave records; it does not create a replacement attendance ledger.
Management-ready context
Enrich daily audit and workforce analytics with expected hours, presence and leave-safe denominators.
Observe
Read authoritative Odoo business records.
Reconcile
Synchronize reporting context idempotently.
Explain
Expose traceable KPIs, anomalies and drill-down.
Act
Approve, correct and improve with confidence.
Real operational screens
Premium, multilingual and designed to preserve the context behind every number.

Your Odoo data remains yours
The suite is an analytical and workflow layer. Project, task, manufacturing, attendance and leave records remain authoritative in their native Odoo applications. Addon-owned reporting records can be rebuilt, and removing the addon does not require destructive changes to native business data.
Multilingual foundation: translatable interface strings follow the active Odoo language; English is the source language and Turkish translations are included where supplied.
Clear dependencies, governed capabilities
Install only the capabilities you need. Core is the governed foundation; connectors preserve their native domain context; Dashboard turns the combined dataset into the premium management experience.

Make performance comparisons fair with calendars, attendance and approved leave.
Move beyond totals. Every score is paired with a formula, a valid denominator, a reporting period and a path back to the Odoo records that produced it.
Review patterns with leave-safe and holiday-safe denominators.
Separate presence, punctuality and productive work.
Use transparent rules instead of unexplained judgments.
Know what each number means before acting on it
The sample values below illustrate the product experience. Your results are calculated from your own authorized Odoo records and selected reporting period.
| Score | Example | Calculation basis |
|---|---|---|
| ATTENDANCE RATE | 96.4% | Present scheduled days / eligible scheduled days |
| PUNCTUALITY | 92.8% | On-time arrivals / eligible check-in days |
| LATENESS RATE | 5.1% | Late arrivals / eligible check-in days |
| EARLY EXIT RATE | 2.6% | Early exits / eligible check-out days |
| ABSENCE RATE | 1.8% | Unexplained absence days / eligible scheduled days |
| OVERTIME LOAD | 8.4% | Overtime hours / expected capacity |
| SCHEDULE COVERAGE | 98.7% | Employees with a valid applicable calendar |
| CAPACITY IMPACT | 87.6% | Actual work / leave-safe expected capacity |
See the signal. Understand the formula. Open the evidence. Take action.
Premium presentation is matched by operational depth: multilingual UI, company-aware security, source traceability, period controls and drill-down are part of the product story.
From installation to management action
This guide explains the complete operating model: what must be configured, which native Odoo record remains authoritative, how the reporting layer is refreshed, how managers should interpret metrics and how common data-quality issues are resolved.
Installation and first configuration
Prepare a controlled, auditable rollout before exposing metrics to management.
- Install Project and Manufacturing connectors, then install Attendance Bridge with native Attendances and Time Off.
- Select one authoritative resource calendar per employee/company context; avoid averaging unrelated calendars.
- Configure working days, intervals, timezone and company-wide holidays in native Odoo calendars.
- Validate one normal day, one approved-leave day and one holiday before using annual performance comparisons.
Daily operating workflow
Understand where data originates and how it becomes visible in the suite.
- Employees check in and out through native Odoo Attendance. Approved leave remains managed in Time Off.
- Expected capacity is calculated from the applicable work calendar and reduced by approved leave or calendar exceptions.
- Daily Audit compares expected capacity, presence evidence and actual operational work without creating a second attendance ledger.
- Live Workforce classifies present, absent, late, early-leaving, overtime and no-schedule contexts from native evidence.
Manager review procedure
Use drill-down and comparable periods to turn indicators into defensible decisions.
- Use lateness and early-exit indicators as a pattern over comparable scheduled days, never as a conclusion from one event.
- Exclude approved leave, holidays and days without scheduled work from discipline denominators.
- Compare attendance presence with active work separately: being present does not prove an operational timer is open.
- Review yearly consistency and dedication indicators together with workload, planning and manager context.
How the principal indicators are calculated
Percentages are meaningful only when their denominator is valid. Always confirm calendar, leave, planning, cost and source completeness before comparing employees or departments.
| Metric | Formula | Interpretation |
|---|---|---|
| Attendance Rate | Present Scheduled Days / Eligible Scheduled Days x 100 | Presence after leave and holiday exclusions. |
| Lateness Rate | Late Arrivals / Eligible Check-in Days x 100 | Frequency of arrival after scheduled start plus tolerance. |
| Early Exit Rate | Early Exits / Eligible Check-out Days x 100 | Frequency of departure before scheduled end minus tolerance. |
| Capacity Impact | Actual Work Hours / Expected Capacity Hours x 100 | Operational work relative to leave-safe expected hours. |
Resolve the cause at the authoritative source
Recommended production acceptance checklist
1. Reconcile a sample period against native Odoo totals.
2. Test multi-company access with real non-admin roles.
3. Confirm timezone and calendar behavior around day boundaries.
4. Verify every KPI drill-down reaches its contributing records.
5. Test approved leave, holiday and no-schedule scenarios.
6. Start and stop each supported timer path.
7. Upgrade in a staging database before production.
8. Document who owns data correction and period approval.
