Your Odoo data remains yours
The suite is an analytical and workflow layer. Project, task, manufacturing, attendance and leave records remain authoritative in their native Odoo applications. Addon-owned reporting records can be rebuilt, and removing the addon does not require destructive changes to native business data.
Multilingual foundation: translatable interface strings follow the active Odoo language; English is the source language and Turkish translations are included where supplied.
Clear dependencies, governed capabilities
Install only the capabilities you need. Core is the governed foundation; connectors preserve their native domain context; Dashboard turns the combined dataset into the premium management experience.

From installation to management action
This guide explains the complete operating model: what must be configured, which native Odoo record remains authoritative, how the reporting layer is refreshed, how managers should interpret metrics and how common data-quality issues are resolved.
Installation and first configuration
Prepare a controlled, auditable rollout before exposing metrics to management.
- Install Core, Project and Manufacturing connectors before Dashboard so every required reporting dimension is available.
- Open the Dashboard and select a reporting period. This Week is the default; quick controls move one week or one month without manual date entry.
- Choose the active company context and confirm that the expected employees appear in scope.
- For live pages, select Basic or Advanced mode and set auto-refresh to Off, 5, 15, 30 or 60 seconds according to operational need.
Daily operating workflow
Understand where data originates and how it becomes visible in the suite.
- Start with the executive dashboard to identify capacity gaps, approval backlog, anomalies and source distribution.
- Open Daily Audit when the question is who was expected, planned, present and productive on a specific day or period.
- Use Weekly Grid when the question is exactly which project, task, work order or field-service job produced each duration.
- Use Live Workforce for the current company snapshot: attendance state, active work, elapsed time, previous jobs and next planned assignments.
Manager review procedure
Use drill-down and comparable periods to turn indicators into defensible decisions.
- Click KPI cards, duration pills, employees or work-context rows to open the contributing records instead of treating totals as black boxes.
- Compare personnel over equivalent periods and capacity denominators. Approved leave is excluded when Attendance Bridge is installed.
- Use Department Intelligence to compare contribution, capacity use and top performers, then expand or hide people in the organization map.
- Switch between daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly views to separate short events from persistent patterns.
How the principal indicators are calculated
Percentages are meaningful only when their denominator is valid. Always confirm calendar, leave, planning, cost and source completeness before comparing employees or departments.
| Metric | Formula | Interpretation |
|---|---|---|
| Capacity Utilization | Actual Work Hours / Expected Capacity Hours x 100 | How much available working capacity became recorded work. |
| Plan Adherence | Matched Planned Hours / Planned Hours x 100 | How closely performed work matched authorized planning. |
| Performance Index | Weighted output, utilization, quality and schedule factors | Explainable composite; inspect component values before acting. |
| Consistency | 1 - Variation of normalized periodic performance | Stability across comparable periods; higher is more consistent. |
| Capacity Gap | Expected Capacity - Actual Work Hours | Unrecorded or unused capacity after calendar and leave adjustments. |
Resolve the cause at the authoritative source
Recommended production acceptance checklist
1. Reconcile a sample period against native Odoo totals.
2. Test multi-company access with real non-admin roles.
3. Confirm timezone and calendar behavior around day boundaries.
4. Verify every KPI drill-down reaches its contributing records.
5. Test approved leave, holiday and no-schedule scenarios.
6. Start and stop each supported timer path.
7. Upgrade in a staging database before production.
8. Document who owns data correction and period approval.
