Unique Contact Alert

Prevent duplicate contacts using dynamically selected unique fields.

Overview

This module allows administrators to choose one or more contact fields as unique identifiers. During contact creation and updates, Odoo validates the selected fields and prevents duplicate records.

Navigate to: Settings → General Settings → Unique Contact Fields Selection

• Select one or more contact fields.
• Selected fields become unique.
• Duplicate contacts are automatically blocked.

Duplicate Email Validation

If a contact already exists with the same email address, Odoo prevents saving.
