UPS Sale Order Merge
Efficiently consolidate multiple sale orders or quotations into a single order. Save time and keep your sales workflow clean and organized.
1-Click Merge
Select multiple quotations or sales orders directly from the list view and merge them instantly.
Consolidate Products
Optionally merge order lines containing the exact same products to keep your final order tidy.
Target Order Control
Choose an existing target order to merge everything into, or automatically generate a brand new order.
How It Works
1. Select Sale Orders from the List View
Go to your sales list, select the orders you want to merge, and trigger the merge action from the Action menu.
2. Configure Merge Options
A wizard appears allowing you to choose whether to merge identical product lines and select a specific target order.
3. View the Newly Merged Order
The system successfully generates the new consolidated sale order, combining all lines according to your preferences.
4. Source Orders are Cancelled Automatically
To prevent accounting errors and duplication, the original source orders are automatically set to the Cancelled state.
5. Comprehensive Audit Trail in Chatter
A complete history is logged in the chatter of the new order, referencing the names of all the original orders that were merged.
6. Full Traceability and Delivery Status
All merged orders are linked in the chatter for a complete audit trail. Plus, track the delivery status directly on the sale order form.
7. Dedicated Merged Orders Management Tab
View and manage all linked source orders directly from the "Merged Orders" tab within the sale order form.
8. Quick Access via Smart Button
A dedicated smart button provides a quick count and one-click access to all the original orders that were consolidated.
