HR Employee Time off Gantt View
This module adds a Gantt view to the Time Off dashboard, giving HR and managers a clear, visual overview of employee leaves on a timeline. Each time off request is displayed as a bar across days or weeks, grouped by employee, department or time off type, making it easy to spot overlaps, understaffed periods and upcoming absences. With zoom options (day/week/month) and filters, you can quickly analyze leave distribution, plan staffing, and adjust approvals to maintain adequate coverage. By turning raw time off data into an intuitive Gantt chart, the module simplifies leave planning and improves decisionâmaking for resource management.
