Why Choose This Module
Wage garnishment is one of the riskiest pieces of payroll math an employer has to get right. Over-withhold and you owe the employee; under-withhold and you can be liable to the creditor or court for the shortfall. The rules -- federal CCPA caps, child-support priority, the 30x-minimum-wage protected floor and a patchwork of state overrides -- are exactly the kind of fact-specific calculation nothing native handles.
