Build a defensible greenhouse-gas inventory that customers, investors and procurement teams increasingly demand. Record activity data (fuel burned, purchased electricity, business travel, waste, purchased goods) and convert it to CO2-equivalent using US EPA GHG Emission Factors and eGRID electricity factors. Emissions are split across Scope 1 (direct), Scope 2 (purchased energy) and Scope 3 (value chain) and rolled up into a period inventory.
