US Insurance Certificate
Request COIs from vendors & subs, parse ACORD coverage/limits, track additional-insured, expiry alerts and non-compliance holds
Request COIs from vendors & subs, parse ACORD coverage/limits, track additional-insured, expiry alerts and non-compliance holds
Key Features
Requirement profiles
Requirement profiles — define reusable sets of required coverages (General Liability, Auto, Workers' Comp, Umbrella, Professional) with minimum each-occurrence and aggregate limits, plus additional-insured and waiver-of-subrogation flags.
COI requests to vendors
COI requests to vendors — raise a certificate request against any vendor or subcontractor, email the request and track it through requested, received, compliant, non-compliant and expired states.
ACORD coverage capture
ACORD coverage capture — record each coverage line exactly as it appears on an ACORD 25: carrier, policy number, effective and expiration dates, each occurrence and aggregate limits, additional-insured and waiver flags.
Paste-and-parse assistant
Paste-and-parse assistant — paste the text of an ACORD certificate and the parser extracts coverage types, dollar limits, policy numbers and the additional-insured indication into ready-to-review lines.
Automatic compliance scoring
Automatic compliance scoring — every coverage line and the certificate as a whole is scored against the requirement profile; shortfalls in limits, missing coverages and missing additional-insured status are flagged line by line.
Expiry alerts
Expiry alerts — a daily scheduled action warns you a configurable number of days before any policy expires and marks lapsed certificates as expired.
Non-compliance hold
Non-compliance hold — place a vendor on hold automatically (or manually) when a certificate is non-compliant or expired, and release the hold when a compliant certificate is filed.
Renewal requests
Renewal requests — one click raises a fresh request for a renewed certificate, carrying over the vendor and requirement profile.
Activity & mail integration
Activity & mail integration — certificates are mail-thread enabled with scheduled activities so the responsible buyer or PM is reminded to follow up.
Bulk request wizard
Bulk request wizard — select many vendors and a requirement profile and raise all their certificate requests at once.

Why Choose This Module
Stop chasing paper certificates of insurance across email inboxes and shared drives. This app gives US contractors, property managers, staffing firms and facilities teams one place to request Certificates of Insurance (COIs) from vendors and subcontractors, capture the ACORD coverage lines and limits, verify additional-insured and waiver-of-subrogation status, and get alerted before a certificate lapses — with an automatic hold on any vendor who falls out of compliance.
