Why Choose This Module
Why this exists Several states require employers to deliver harassment-prevention training on a recurring cycle, with different hour requirements for supervisors versus non-supervisory staff and a separate deadline for new hires. Missing the clock is a compliance exposure. This module performs the real date math so HR never loses track of who is trained, who is overdue and who is coming due.
