1. Переписка з клієнтом у Odoo
Переписка з клієнтом не заходячи в кабінет Prom. Оператор веде діалог прямо в Odoo.
2. Як виглядає чат для клієнта в Prom.ua
Клієнт бачить переписку у своєму кабінеті Prom.ua та може ставити питання або уточнювати деталі конкретного замовлення.
3. Відкриття чату з замовлення
З запису замовлення є можливість відкрити чат, так ви зможете обговорювати деталі замовлення.
Інструкція
1. Згенеруйте ключ доступу (Public API token)
Для підключення чатів Prom.ua необхідно створити Public API token з правами на надсилання та отримання повідомлень.
Перейдіть за посиланням: https://my.prom.ua/cms/settings/public_api_tokens
2. Створіть бота в Odoo та підключіть магазин
В Odoo спочатку створіть магазин за інструкцією нашого модуля "Інтеграція з Prom.ua від UnitSoft". Після створіть бота, оберіть тип бота Prom і потім:
- Вставте згенерований Token (ключ доступу). в поле токен
- Оберіть, до якого магазину будуть відноситись чати.
3. Вимкніть «Автоматичний вибір»
Обов’язково, тимчасово, вимкніть налаштування «Автоматичний вибір», щоб в старих пром чатах не обиралися оператори. Як тільки всі старі чати загрузяться, за потреби, можете увімкнути це налаштування.
4. Запустіть бота
Натисніть кнопку Запустити. Бот в фоновому режимі підтягне чати і за потреби підтягне відповідні замовлення і товари, якщо такі є.
