Wage determinations per project & classification
For each project you record the determinations published on your wage determination: the work classification (Carpenter, Electrician, Laborer Group 1, ...), the required basic hourly rate, the required hourly fringe amount and the effective
Worker actual-pay records
For each worker, work date and classification you capture the hours worked, the basic hourly rate actually paid, the fringe paid to a bona-fide plan or fund and the fringe paid in cash. Plan contributions can be entered as an hourly amount
Fringe shortfall engine
The module computes the hourly fringe actually provided (plan + cash + any excess cash wage credited above the required base rate), compares it to the required fringe and reports the fringe shortfall per hour that must be added to cash wage
Base-rate compliance check
Any worker paid below the required basic hourly rate for their classification on that date is flagged, with the base shortfall per hour and in total.
Per-project compliance dashboard
Each project rolls up the number of pay records, the number and names of underpaid workers, the total cash make-up owed and an overall compliant / non-compliant status, so an administrator can see at a glance where the exposure is.
Annualization of fringe
Defined-contribution plan credit is divided over the hours actually worked in the year (the DOL annualization principle) so contributions to plans that also cover non-prevailing-wage work are not over-credited.
One-click CSV export of every worker pay record
