Why Choose This Module
Construction contracts routinely withhold a retainage (a percentage of each progress billing) until substantial or final completion. That money is neither in normal accounts receivable nor accounts payable - it sits in a separate retainage balance that has to be tracked, aged and eventually released. This module manages the full life-cycle on both sides of the ledger.
