Job postings
Job postings -- the standard hr.job position is extended with the jurisdiction(s) the role is posted in, its attached pay ranges, a live compliance state and a human-readable explanation of any gap.
Real per-jurisdiction matching
Real per-jurisdiction matching -- the compliance checker walks every jurisdiction a posting targets, keeps only the rules that are in effect (effective date reached) and that cover the employer (company head-count at or above the rule's thr

Why Choose This Module
A complete, self-contained pay-transparency compliance tool for US employers who recruit across the growing patchwork of state and city salary-disclosure laws. A rising number of jurisdictions -- California, Colorado, New York, Washington, Illinois, plus cities such as New York City and Jersey City -- now require that job postings disclose a good-faith pay range (and, in some jurisdictions, a description of benefits and other compensation). The rules differ on what must be disclosed, which employers are covered (head-count thresholds), and when each law took effect. Posting a job without the required range is a violation that can carry per-posting penalties. This module encodes the rules and checks every posting against them.
