This Module adds restriction on users for accessing products for any kind of operation. Admin can edit the user and add allowed products / allowed category to a specific user. User can not see the products if not allowed by the admin.

Admin users have full access to all products without category restrictions. Category-based product limitations apply only to restricted users across Sales, Purchase, and Inventory operations.

See It In Action.

Enable Product Restriction for User.

Navigate to the user profile and enable product restriction. This allows the admin to control which products the user can access.

Allow Access of Selected Products.

Assign specific products to the user. Only the allowed products will be visible and accessible for any operations.

User Has Access to Only Allowed Products.

The restricted user can only see and work with the products that have been explicitly allowed by the admin.

Enable Category Restriction.

Enable category-based restriction for the user. This limits the user to only access products belonging to the selected categories.

User Guide

Installation and Configuration

Install from the Apps menu after adding the module to your addons path. Follow the steps below to configure product restrictions for users.

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Select Users & Companies → Users.

Step 3: Select a user from the list and configure their allowed products and categories.
