Description:
1. You can submit the vendor registration request form from the Website and backend user.
2. In the Vendor Management sub-menu, you will be able to see Vendor Requests, Registered Vendors, and Rejected Vendors.
3. If you give âVendor Userâ permission, the user will only be able to see the vendorâs state but wonât be able to approve or reject it.
4. If you give the user âVendor Approverâ permission, they will be able to change the vendor's state and approve or reject it.
5. When a vendor registration is submitted, a confirmation email goes out automatically. If itâs approved, an email is sent, and if itâs rejected, an email is sent too.
6. Through the vendor registration request form, vendor documents (such as trade licenses, VAT certificates, and IDs) can be stored for Compliance & Risk Tracking.
7. When you create a purchase quotation, only registered (approved) vendors will be shown.
