Use Your Own Watermark or Letterhead PDF
Watermark and Letterhead PDF
Upload any beautifully designed PDF as the background for your reports. Use your letterhead, a stamp, or a branded background texture. The module prints your report content on top of it automatically.
Combine this with a text watermark using built-in variables to print dynamic content such as a timestamp, company name, user details, or information from the document being printed.

How to Set It Up
Go to: Settings > Technical > Reports > Reports
- Search for
professional_templatesin the Reports list - Open each report and go to Advanced Properties
- Upload your watermark or letterhead PDF in the background field
- Optionally add a watermark text expression
- Make sure the paper size of your PDF matches the report paper format
Append Extra Content in PDF Format to Reports
Merge Any PDF to Your Report
Have extra content such as terms and conditions, a product brochure, an advertisement, or a promotion page in PDF format? Upload it to the Last Page field and it will be automatically appended to every printed report, forming one single document ready to send to your customer or supplier.
There is no limit to the number of pages you can append. As long as the content is in PDF format, it merges seamlessly at print time.

Full Branding Control
Complete Control Over Every Detail
Each Report Style gives you a full palette of controls. Mix and match across document types to create a truly unique brand voice.
Theme Color
Set a primary accent color via hex code. It applies to table headers, dividers, and key sections across whichever template you choose. Pick any color with no restrictions.
Font Family
Install any font on your Odoo server, enter its name once in the Report Style settings, and it applies to the entire PDF. Falls back to sans-serif if the font is not found.
Font Size: Header, Body and Footer
Set Header, Body, and Footer font sizes independently using a 1 to 50 px dropdown. Section titles scale proportionally based on your body font size choice.
Font Colors
Independently control the overall text color, theme text color, company name color, and customer or partner name color, all via hex code with no restrictions.
Zebra-Striped Rows
Set custom background colors for odd and even order lines. Alternating row colors improve readability on dense documents. All rows are auto-numbered for easy reference.
Product Images on PDF
Optionally display product thumbnail images inline on Sales Orders, Quotations, Invoices, Delivery Notes, and Picking Slips. Toggle on or off per report style.
Amount in Words
Totals Spelled Out in 13 Languages
Automatically convert invoice, quotation, sales order, RFQ, and purchase order totals into words. This is a legal requirement in many markets. Enable or disable per report style as needed.

Full Odoo Translation Support
All templates fully support Odoo's translation framework. The language is set on the customer or partner object and applied automatically at print time. No manual switching needed.
Enriched Document Footer
Display full company address, phone, email, bank details, VAT number, company tagline, and a small footer logo. Each element is individually togglable from the report style settings.
Per-Partner and Per-Document Styles

Create and manage all your branding styles here. Each style holds template, colors, fonts, logo, and watermark settings.
Company Default Settings
Settings > General Settings > Business Documents > Professional Report Templates
Set the default report style that applies to all documents company-wide.
Upload Watermark PDF
Settings > Technical > Reports > Reports
Search for professional_templates, open each report,
go to Advanced Properties, and upload your watermark or letterhead PDF.

Installation
- A download link will be given by Odoo once you purchase this module.
- You need to extract the downloaded file into Odoo 'addons' directory where all other modules are kept or you can put it anywhere else depending on your Odoo Configuration
- It may not be necessary to restart Odoo at this stage, but it is highly recommended.
- Enable developer mode/Debug Mode and go to Apps menu. Click on Updates Apps list for the new module to appear on the list of Apps.
- Search for advanced_report_templates in the Apps list and then click on Install button and wait for it to finish
- After that you can go to Setting --> Technical --> Reports --> Report Styles to create your styles and apply to your documents. Please refer to Module Description page for illustrated configuration example
