Recall engine Species and breed aware preventive-care protocols (core vaccination series, parasite control, dental, wellness exams) with a proper due-date engine: series doses, minimum-age gating and automatic booster scheduling. Weight-based dose calculation per medication (per-kg or fixed dose, clamped to a safe min/max), captured against the weight recorded at administration. Multi-channel recall cadence (email, SMS, postcard, phone) driven by configurable lead/overdue steps, generated automatically by a scheduler. Per-patient immunization history and a printable vaccination certificate with a unique certificate number. Lapsed-patient reactivation worklist that surfaces animals with overdue preventive care and no recent visit.
