Manage a dedicated list of brands with logo images, browsable as a kanban board or a simple list. Brand names are translatable. Reorder brands manually with drag-and-drop.

Assign to products & variants

Set a brand on any product template — it is automatically reflected on all variants. Both fields are indexed for fast search and reporting.

Product count & drill-down

Each brand shows how many products are linked to it. A stat button opens the filtered product list in one click.

Archive unused brands

Discontinued brand? Archive it instead of deleting — keeps historical data intact while hiding it from the default catalog.

Search & Group

Filter products by brand and group your product list by brand directly from the standard search view. The brand column is shown in the product list by default.

Brand in product name (optional)

A single setting under Sales → Quotations & Orders lets you prepend the brand to the product display name in one of three formats. The brand then appears everywhere the product is shown — dropdowns, sale orders, invoices, customer emails, inventory, reports — with no template override.
