Configure Send Message - Restrictions for Users
Add module names under the “Hide Send Message” configuration field to restrict messaging for that user on selected forms.
🚫 Send Message Button Hidden - on Product Form
After adding the Product module to the user configuration, the Send Message button is automatically hidden from the Product form view.
🚫 Messaging Disabled on - Product Variant Form
With Product Variant added to the user configuration, the Send Message button is also hidden from the Product Variant form view.
🚫 Send Message Hidden - on Pricelist Form
Once Pricelist is added to the user configuration, the Send Message button is removed from the Pricelist form view as well.
