HR Onboarding Automation
Automatically set up new employees based on their Job Position. Create users, draft contracts, and allocate leave days instantly.
Streamlined Employee Setup
Eliminate manual data entry when a new employee joins the company.
Auto-Create Users
Automatically creates standard Users linked to the Employee, copying template permissions.
Draft Contracts
Generates a ready-to-sign draft contract based on the default contract type set in the Job Position.
Leave Allocation
Assign a Fixed Amount of leave days or start an Accrual Plan immediately upon hiring.
Job Position Configuration
Go to Employees > Configuration > Job Positions. Define the user template, contract type, and time-off policies.
Instant Results on Hire
Just create a new Employee and assign their Email and Job Position. The system takes care of creating their User account, Contract, and Allocations instantly.
How it Works
Go to Recruitment > Job Positions. In the specific Job Position, fill out the new 'Onboarding Configuration' tab.
Go to the Employees app, create a new employee, set their Job Position and their Work Email.
An active Internal User is created, with access rights cloned from the specified User Template.
A draft contract is linked, and their PTO allocations are ready to be approved in Time Off.
