Users see only their own tasks, while Activity Managers can monitor all activities across the organization. 1) Install the Module
Go to the Odoo Apps menu and install the module.
2) Go to Settings Users Access Rights and ensure activity dashboard permissions are set Manager.
3) View Dashboard Overview
Select the Manager option in Access rights
This dashboard allows both managers and users to track all activities
categorized by Today, Late,
Future, and History, while also providing
module-wise activity tracking for each installed module.
4) View All Activities
No matter which user or manager is selected, the All
Activities screen displays every scheduled activity in the system.
You can easily review, filter, and manage all today, planned, overdue activities from this centralized view.
5) Go to Activity Tags
Navigate to Activities Tags, and click on the
New button to add a new tag.
When you create a new tag here, it automatically appears in the corresponding
field while scheduling a new activity.
6) Go to My Team Activity
Navigate to Activities My Team Activity(Manager)
This screen appears only when a manager is selected. It displays data from
activities scheduled specifically for the manager assigned at the time of activity
creation.
7) Go to Settings Users Access Rights and ensure activity dashboard permissions are set User.
8) When a user with dashboard access rights is selected, they will see all screens and
activities.
However, the My Team Activity
(Manager) screen will remain hidden for them.
9) Go to Settings Users Access Rights and ensure activity dashboard permissions are not set any user.
10) Go to Activity Management
If no user is selected, the Activity Dashboard will not be displayed, and the My Team Activity (Manager) screen will also
remain hidden.
11) View Activities by Status
When you click on Today Activity, only the
activities scheduled for today will be displayed along with the total count of todayâs activities. Similarly, clicking on Late Activity or Future Activity
will show only the activities corresponding to that status, each with its respective count.
12) View Today Activities by Status
When you click on Today Activity, the
screen will display the corresponding data for those activities.
13) Module-wise Activity View
When accessing this screen, all activities will be displayed module-wise
according to the installed modules, including Today, Tomorrow,
Late, and Future activities, along with the
activity count for each module.The screen will also show Today Call and Today Email, along with the activity count for each module.
14) Module-specific Activity View
When you click on any particular moduleâs activity, the screen will display all
activities for that module along with Today, Tomorrow,
Late, and Future activity with the corresponding
data.
