Aged Receivable Report Filter per salesperson
Enhance Odooâs Aged Receivable report with salesperson insights by adding a dedicated salesperson column, advanced multi-select filtering, hierarchical grouping by salesperson, and full PDF/XLSX export support for better receivables tracking and analysis.
Features
1. Salesperson Visibility Displays the assigned salesperson directly in the Aged Receivable report rows.
2. Multi-Salesperson Filter Filter the report to view data for one or multiple salespeople simultaneously.
3. Group by Salesperson Organize receivables in an expandable hierarchy, grouped by individuals.
4. Export Ready Fully compatible with PDF and Excel exports, preserving all custom data and grouping.
1) Navigate to Aged Receivable Report
Go to Accounting
Reporting
Aged Receivable.
The report now includes a dedicated "Salesperson" column for every partner balance record.
2) Filter by Salesperson
Click the new Salesperson dropdown filter. Select one or more salespeople to instantly drill down into their specific receivables.
You can also check "No Salesperson (NA)" to view partners without an assigned salesperson.
3) Grouping for Clarity
Enable the Group by Salesperson option under the "Posted Entries" filter.
This creates a hierarchical view, allowing you to collapse or expand data for each salesperson easily.
4) Salesperson Column in PDF Report
Print or Export the report to PDF. The "Salesperson" column will be preserved and correctly formatted in the final document.
This ensures that all custom filters and groupings are accurately reflected in your printed records and shared reports.
The data is pulled directly from the "Salesperson" field (user_id) defined on the Partner record in Odoo.
Yes, Odoo's native PDF and Excel export features will honor the "Group by Salesperson" setting, maintaining the structure and column visibility in the exported files.
These partners will appear with "N/A" in the Salesperson column. You can also specifically filter for them using the "No Salesperson (NA)" checkbox in the filter dropdown.
