1) Install the Module
Go to the Odoo Apps menu and install the module.

2) Go to the purchase module in Request for quotations menu in create new po ,and click on confirm order then you see the receipt button create ,click that and in form view show vendor name and if Quantity > Demand then show the Auto calc button.

3) When you click on 'Auto calc' button then open the smart po distribution wizard.

4) When you show auto calc button and that time if same product and same vendor have more than one po and quantity is greater than demand then show smart Distribution button on the form view of po.

5) in smart po distribution wizard in click on distribute button then automatically distribute the received quantity in multiple po's and automatically update their po's status.

6) show update status.

7) quantity > demand then show the auto calc button.

8) you click on auto calc button then open wizard.

9) in wizard click on distribute button then open popup of back order.

10) in click create back order then in po's status update .

11) another po's in create 2 receipt show and received quantity show in that po's.

12) When click on receipt button then show the list view.

13) if quantity > demand then show the auto calc button and click on that & not have multiple po's with same product and same vendor then show the error msg.
