Empower your marketing strategy by seamlessly integrating Odoo with Brevo. Synchronize contacts, mailing lists, and campaigns in real-time, fetch professional templates, and track detailed engagement metrics directly within Odoo to drive smarter, data-driven decisions.
Features
1) Create an account in Brevo or login.
Click on the Settings icon, select the SMTP & API menu, and
create a fresh API key.
2) Go to the Odoo Apps module and install/activate the Brevo Connector.
3) Go to the Email Marketing module, click on the Configuration menu, and select Brevo Account.
4) Add the Account Name and API Key, then click on the Test Connection button.
5) Click on the Fetch Merge Fields button. You will now see all Brevo attributes below. Afterward, you can map Brevo attributes with Odoo fields and save your changes.
6) Click on the Settings tab. Here you can configure Odoo and Brevo-related settings, such as automatically creating contacts in Brevo when they are created in Odoo.
7) When you click on the "Fetch Merge Fields" button, all campaigns, lists, and folders available in Brevo will be displayed at the top of the Brevo Account section.
8) Click on the Campaign smart button to view all your campaigns.
9) Click on any specific campaign to see its details and status.
10) Click on the List/Audience smart button to see all your Brevo lists.
11) Inside a list, you can see your contacts, create new lists to push directly to Brevo, or import Brevo list contacts into Odoo.
12) Click on the Folder smart button to see all your Brevo folders.
13) Click on a specific folder to see the lists it contains, and click on a list to see its contacts.
14) Inside the Configuration menu, select the Email Template section to see all your Brevo templates.
15) In the Mailing menu, select a campaign to view its real-time data. For example, click on the "Open" smart button to see the list of contacts who opened your email.
16) Inside the Configuration menu, select the "Verified Senders" section to see your Brevo sender names.
17) In the Contacts module, you can create a contact and sync it with Brevo. The sync status (Success/Fail) will be displayed at the bottom of the record.
Yes, you can manually trigger a synchronization for existing contacts or enable automatic synchronization so any new or updated contact in Odoo is instantly reflected in Brevo.
