Inventory Quantity Updater
Efficiently manage your stock with our batch inventory update tool. Upload CSV files to sync quantities, create missing products automatically, and get real-time validation for a seamless inventory management experience.
Features
1) Install the Module
Go to the Odoo Apps menu and
install the module.
2) Navigate to Settings > Inventory Quantity Updater to access the wizard.
3) Upload your CSV file containing product references and inventoried quantities.
4) Choose whether to Create Missing Products if they are not found in the system.
5) Click Confirm to process the update. Receive a Notification with the summary of successful and failed record updates.
6) Products from failed attempts will be added; however, their on-hand quantities will not be displayed. For successful attempts, the on-hand quantities will be displayed.
The CSV should contain columns like 'Product Reference Code' or 'Product Reference', 'Location', and 'Inventoried Quantity'.
Yes, if you check the 'Create Missing Products' option, the module will create any products not found by their reference code.
It searches for locations by their complete name (e.g., 'WH/Stock') or their simple name.
