Advanced Hotel Management Solution
The Advanced Hotel Management Solution app for Odoo enables hotel owners and managers to
efficiently oversee their properties. It allows admins to manage hotels, rooms, room types,
and floors directly from the backend, with easy options to create and update hotel details,
rooms, services, facilities, and amenities.
On the frontend, customers can view available hotels, check room types, prices, extra
images, services, facilities, and amenities. They can also see the hotel's location, photos,
and available bookings by date search. When customers select a hotel, they pick a room,
specify the number of adults and children, and select check-in and check-out dates. The
system automatically disables date options when rooms are unavailable and shows alerts if
limits are exceeded.
Customers can confirm their bookings by entering their details, which are then saved in the
system. Admins can review, approve, or cancel bookings, assign rooms manually, and update
statuses instantly. After booking, an automated email is sent to the customer. When guests
check out, the room status changes to "dirty," and staff update it to "clean" after cleaning
is completed. The app offers detailed reports on bookings, revenue, cancellations, and
overall performance, all accessible via dashboards. These reports can be filtered and
downloaded in PDF, CSV, or Excel formats. This helps hotels run more smoothly, improve guest
satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.

Advanced Hotel Management Solution Steps to Configure
- Navigate to Hotel Management -> Hotels -> Hotels, Rooms, Room Types, Hotel Floors.
- The Admin can create, update, and manage all hotel-related details, including rooms, room types, and floors.
- Go to Configuration -> Settings -> Hotel Management.
- The Admin can dynamically update hotel content and cover images.
- Navigate to Hotel Management -> Configuration -> Services, Facilities, Amenities.
- The Admin can create, edit, and manage all hotel services, facilities, and amenities.
- On the Frontend, the Customer navigates to the Hotels section.
- Selects an available hotel, views its details (rooms, prices, facilities, etc.), and clicks Book Now.
- The customer fills in the required details and completes the booking process.
- The Admin can view and manage all booking details in the Backend.
- Admin can confirm or cancel bookings as per requirements.
- Once confirmed, the admin allots rooms and manages checkout under the Booking History section.

Hotel Management Backend Panel
Hotels Option
From the admin dashboard, navigate to Hotel Management -> Hotels -> Hotels. Select the Hotels option to access hotel listings and management options.
Admin creates a hotel
To create a hotel, the admin adds the hotel name, uploads a logo, selects a warehouse, and enters the address and contact details. Rooms are assigned based on preferences.
Hotel Details - Extra Info Tab
In the Extra Info tab, the admin uploads the hotel banner and related media. This helps showcase the hotel's images and branding effectively.
Hotel Details - Notes Tab
In the Notes tab, the admin adds or updates notes related to the hotel. These notes serve as internal references for hotel management.
Hotel Details - Features Tab
In the Features tab, the admin selects the hotel's services, facilities, and amenities from the list. All features are properly configured for customer viewing.
Admin View of Available Hotels
Admin creates new hotels and adds details through the backend. They can also view, edit, and manage all hotels from the backend.
Hotel Floor
In Hotel Management -> Hotels -> Hotel Floors, the admin creates new floors. Floor numbers and sequence numbers are added to organize them correctly.
Hotel Floors List
The backend displays a list of all hotel floors for the admin. Each floor can be managed, updated, or rearranged as required.
Room Type
Navigate to Hotel Management -> Hotels -> Room Type, and the admin can create a new room type. The admin enters the room type name, description, and selects the hotel and floor from the list.
Room Type List
The backend displays a list of all room types for the admin. Each room type can be edited, updated, or managed as required.
Create Hotel Room
Enabling the Room checkbox displays the Hotel tab in the product template. The admin selects the hotel, room type, facilities, and amenities, and enters the room number, Person Allowed, description, and policies; the floor number is set automatically.
Rooms
Navigate to Hotel Management -> Hotels -> Rooms, the admin can create new rooms. All rooms can be viewed, managed, and searched using the Room filter in the
Hotel Search Configuration
Navigate to Hotel Management -> Configuration -> Settings, and the admin can customize the hotel search page. The admin can upload a cover image, add or edit hotel content, and update settings as needed.
Create Service
The admin accesses Configuration -> Service to create and manage hotel services. Each service includes an image, name, and description.
Service List
Admin accesses and manages all hotel services from the list. This includes updating service details or making changes as required.
Create Facility
The admin accesses Configuration -> Facility to create and manage a hotel Facility. Each facility includes an image, name, and description.
Amenities
The admin accesses Configuration -> Amenities to create and manage hotel Amenities. Each amenity includes an image, name, and description. Admin accesses and manages all hotel Amenities from the list.
Hotels Search Page on Frontend
On the frontend, customers can view hotels in a slide format. Clicking on a hotel provides full details for review and booking.
View Selected Hotel Rooms
After selecting a hotel, customers can view its address, logo, and banner image for a clear overview. Available rooms with names, prices, capacity, descriptions, and a Book Now button are displayed for reservations.
Media
On the frontend, customers can browse the hotel's media gallery for extra images.
Services
Customers can view the hotel's available services in the frontend services section.
Facilities
Customers can view the hotel's available Facilities in the frontend Facilities section.
Amenities
Customers can view the hotel's available Amenities in the frontend Amenities section.
Customer Room Booking
The customer selects a room and clicks the Book Now button to proceed with the reservation. This initiates the booking process for the chosen room.
Booking Details Fill on Product Page Frontend
The customer selects the number of adults and children, chooses check-in and check-out dates, and enters guest details. A notification shows the allowed number of guests, and the Book Now button is clicked to proceed with the reservation.
Room Overview
After clicking Book Now, customers can view the details of their hotel booking. This includes all relevant information for review and confirmation.
Room Info on Backend
The admin can view all booking details in the backend. They can also manage, update, or modify bookings as needed.
Guest Info on Backend
The backend allows the admin to view and edit guest information. Updates can be made to maintain accurate guest records.
Other Info on Backend
The backend allows the admin to view and edit other information. Changes are finalized by clicking the Confirm button.
Allot Room
The admin clicks the Allot Room button to finalize the booking. This assigns the selected room to the customer and updates the booking status.
Checkout Button
Guests can be checked out manually by the admin or automatically after 24 hours. This helps maintain accurate booking and housekeeping records.
Booking History List on Backend
Admin accesses the booking history to monitor and manage all bookings. Real-time updates reflect the current status of each reservation.
Dates View on Calendar
Customers cannot view the actual booking dates of their allotted room. Different dates are displayed on the frontend.
Housekeeping Smart Button on Booking Backend
Upon checkout, the room is assigned to housekeeping. A smart button provides quick access to manage the housekeeping list.
Housekeeping Details
Admin chooses a housekeeper from the list and clicks Clean. The room status is updated to indicate it has been cleaned.
HouseKeeping List
Clicking the Clean button updates the housekeeping status to indicate the room is cleaned. The room's status is reflected in the system for accurate tracking.
HouseKeeping Done
The admin clicks the Done button to confirm that housekeeping has been completed. This updates the status of the room in the system.
Search Available Rooms
The customer searches for available rooms by selecting dates and entering the number of guests. Clicking the Search button displays rooms that match their schedule and requirements.
Available Rooms List
After searching, the customer can view rooms available for the selected dates. This allows them to choose and book a room that fits their schedule.
No Room Available
No rooms are available in this hotel at the moment. Booking is disabled until availability is updated.
Hotel Management Dashboard
The hotel management dashboard provides a comprehensive overview for admins. It allows monitoring and managing hotels, rooms, bookings, and services efficiently.
Email Template
An email notification is sent to the customer upon booking a hotel. This confirms the reservation and provides booking details.
Reporting: Booking History
By clicking Booking, the admin can generate a room report. The report is available for download in multiple formats.

After selecting the Booking option, the admin opens the room wizard and applies filters. The report can then be downloaded in PDF, Excel, or CSV formats.
