Axepta Payment Provider with Refund Workflow
- Configure the Axepta Payment Provider in Odoo using the required API credentials.

Axepta Payment Provider Configuration
Access the Axepta Payment Provider from the Payment Providers menu to configure and manage the payment gateway directly within Odoo.
Axepta API Configuration
Administrators can enter the required Axepta API credentials to securely integrate the payment gateway with Odoo and process online payments.
Enable Axepta Payment Method
Enable the Axepta payment method from Configuration -> Payment Methods to allow customers to choose it during checkout for secure online payments.
Website Checkout with Axepta
Customers can add products to their cart, proceed to checkout, and select Axepta as their preferred payment method to complete the payment securely.
Secure Axepta Payment Page
After clicking Pay, customers are redirected to the secure Axepta payment page to enter their card details and complete the payment.
OTP Payment Authentication
Customers complete the payment verification by entering the OTP received from their bank to securely authorize the transaction.
Successful Payment Confirmation
A successful payment confirmation is displayed on the Axepta payment page. Clicking Continue redirects customers back to Odoo.
Payment Transactions
The Payment Transactions menu provides a complete overview of all Axepta payment transactions, making it easy to track and manage payments.
Axepta Transaction Details
Users can open a payment transaction to review complete Axepta Transaction Details, including payment information, customer details, transaction status, and provider-specific data.
Refund Management
Users can process a refund by opening the Customer Invoice, navigating to the Payments tab, and selecting the Refund option from the Axepta payment record. The refund wizard allows users to review the transaction details and process the refund directly through Axepta.
Sales Order Payment Link
Users can generate, copy, and share a secure payment link from a Sales Order, allowing customers to complete payments online using Axepta.
Payment via Payment Link
After opening the payment link, customers can select Axepta as the payment method and securely complete the payment by entering their card details.
