POS Dojo Payment Method Workflow
- Enable the DOJO Payment Terminal in the POS settings.
- Create a new Payment Method and select DOJO as the payment terminal.
- Configure the terminal using the Customer ID and Secret Key.
- Save the configuration to establish a secure connection.
- Add products to the POS cart and proceed to payment.
- Select DOJO as the payment method.
- Complete the payment through the DOJO checkout page using a QR code, payment link, or card details.
- Automatically confirm the payment and generate the POS receipt.
- View payment records in the Payment Transactions list.
- Review payment details from the transaction record, DOJO Developer Dashboard, and linked POS order.

General
Configure DOJO Payment Terminal
Enable the DOJO Payment Terminal in the POS settings and save the configuration. Then open Payment Methods to create and configure a DOJO payment method for secure Point of Sale transactions.
Configure DOJO Payment Method
Open Payment Methods, set Integration to Terminal, select DOJO as the payment terminal, activate the payment method, and click Setup to configure the terminal.
Configure DOJO API Credentials
Enter the Customer ID and Secret Key, then save the configuration to securely connect the POS with the DOJO payment terminal.
Process Payment with DOJO
Add products to the cart, proceed to the payment screen, and select DOJO as the payment method. The payment window displays the transaction amount and available payment options.
Complete Payment on DOJO Checkout
Scan the QR code or open the payment link to access the DOJO checkout page, then enter the card details to complete the payment securely.
Payment Confirmation
After a successful payment, the customer is redirected to the POS screen, where the order is confirmed automatically and the receipt is generated.
View DOJO Payment Transactions
View all DOJO payment transactions in the Payment Transactions list view, including the order reference, payment status, transaction ID, and payment amount.
View DOJO Transaction Details
Open a Payment Transaction record to view the payment method, transaction amount, payment status, linked POS order, and card information.
Monitor DOJO Payment Intents
View all DOJO payment intents in the Developer Dashboard, including the payment intent ID, amount, payment source, status, and creation date.
View POS Order Payment Details
Open a POS order to view the DOJO payment details, including the payment method, transaction amount, card details, and payment information.
