POS Saferpay Payment Method Workflow
- Enable the Saferpay Payment Terminal from POS Settings.
- Create a payment method and select Saferpay as the payment terminal.
- Configure the API Username, API Password, Customer ID, and Terminal ID.
- Add products to the cart and proceed to the payment screen.
- Select Saferpay as the payment method.
- Display the payment amount with the available payment options.
- Redirect the customer to the Saferpay checkout page using the QR code or payment link.
- Complete the payment by entering card details and required authentication.
- Automatically confirm the POS order and generate the receipt after successful payment.

General
Configure Saferpay Payment Terminal
Open the POS Settings, enable the Saferpay Payment Terminal, and save the configuration. Then open Payment Methods to create and configure a Saferpay payment method for Point of Sale transactions.
Configure Saferpay Payment Method
Open Payment Methods, select Terminal as the integration type, choose Saferpay, activate the payment method, and click Setup to configure the payment terminal.
Add Saferpay API Credentials
Enter the API Username, API Password, Customer ID, and Terminal ID, then save the configuration to securely connect the POS with the Saferpay payment terminal.
Initiate Saferpay Payment
Add products to the cart, proceed to the payment screen, and select Saferpay as the payment method. The payment window displays the transaction amount and available payment options.
Complete Payment on Saferpay Checkout
Scan the QR code or open the payment link to access the Saferpay checkout page, then enter the card details and complete the payment securely.
POS Order Confirmation
After the payment is completed successfully, the customer is redirected to the POS screen, where the order is confirmed automatically and the receipt is generated.
View Saferpay Payment Transactions
View all Saferpay payment transactions in the Payment Transactions list view, including the order reference, payment status, transaction ID, and payment amount.
View Saferpay Transaction Details
Open a Payment Transaction record to view the transaction ID, payment method, amount, payment status, linked POS order, and card information.
Saferpay Transactions Journal
View all Saferpay payment transactions in the Journal with the authorization date, payment status, amount, reference number, payment method, terminal ID, and authorization details.
View POS Order Payment Details
Open a POS order to view the Saferpay payment details, including the payment method, transaction amount, card details, and payment information.
