  • Go to Purchase -> Requests for Quotation and click Create to generate a new RFQ.
  • Choose the vendor and select the required RFQ template from the RFQ form.
  • The selected RFQ template items are automatically loaded with their configured quantities and costs.
  • Verify the auto-filled products and confirm the RFQ to proceed with the purchase order.
