General
Create WooCommerce Store Connection
Create a new WooCommerce store connection from the WooCommerce Stores menu in Odoo.
Configure Store Connection
Enter the Instance Name, WooCommerce Store URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret. Once the details are filled in, click 'Connect' to establish the connection with Odoo.
Manage Data Synchronization
Once the connection is successfully established, you can import or export products, categories, attributes, orders, and customers, as well as synchronize inventory between WooCommerce and Odoo.
Import Products
After establishing the connection, click 'Import Products' to import products from WooCommerce into Odoo.
Product Import Wizard
Click 'Import Products' to open the import wizard, configure the required filters, and click 'Continue' to proceed with importing products from WooCommerce into Odoo.
Start Product Import
After clicking 'Continue', the product import screen opens. Click 'Start' to begin the import process.
Product Import Completed
The product import process is completed, displaying the total number of products processed, imported, and updated.

The list below shows the products successfully imported into Odoo.
Manage Products
From the Products menu, you can view and manage all imported products from WooCommerce, including the WooCommerce instance, SKU, mapped product in Odoo, quantity, and synchronization status.
Export Products
Now you can export products using the 'Export Products' option to send products from Odoo to WooCommerce.
Apply Export Filters
If required, configure filters to select the products you want to export from Odoo to WooCommerce.
Start Product Export
Click 'Start' to begin the product export process.
Product Export Completed
The product export process is completed, displaying the total products processed, successfully exported records, updated records, and any errors encountered.
View Exported Products in WooCommerce
After the export process is completed, the exported products can be viewed in WooCommerce.
Exported Products in Both Systems
The exported products are available in WooCommerce and can also be viewed in Odoo.
Import Categories
Now you can import product categories from WooCommerce into Odoo using the 'Import Categories' option.
Category Import Progress
If the category import process is paused, the screen displays the current progress, total categories, and imported records, with options to Continue, Cancel, view Logs, or Close the process.
View Imported Categories
After closing the process, the imported categories can be viewed in Odoo.
Manage Categories
From the Categories menu, you can view and manage all imported categories from WooCommerce, including the WooCommerce instance, mapped category in Odoo, and synchronization status.
Import Attributes
Use the 'Import Attributes' option to import product attributes from WooCommerce into Odoo.
Attribute Export Completed
The attribute export process is completed, displaying the total attributes processed, successfully exported records, updated records, and any errors encountered.
View Exported Attributes in WooCommerce
The exported attributes can be viewed in WooCommerce after the export process is completed.
