Overview
Odoo's standard Partner Ledger and follow-up reports mix every currency together, which makes it hard to give a US customer a clean statement in their own currency. This app adds a dedicated Customer Statement of Account and Follow-up Report built strictly for USD transactions. Every open invoice, payment, credit note and running balance is converted and displayed in USD, with automatic aging buckets (1-30, 31-60, 61-90, 91-120, Older) so your accounting team can see exactly what is due, what is overdue, and by how much â all from one screen, or straight from the customer's own contact form.
Features
Dedicated USD Statement of Account:
Generates a full customer statement â open invoices, payments, credits and running balance â shown strictly in USD, even when the underlying entries were posted in another currency.
Automatic Aging Buckets:
Every line is grouped into 1-30, 31-60, 61-90, 91-120 and Older columns based on due date, so overdue exposure is visible at a glance.
USD Customer Follow-up Report:
A separate follow-up report â filtered to customers with USD invoices only â for chasing overdue and upcoming payments without mixing in other currencies.
Smart Buttons on the Customer Form:
"USD Customer Statement" and "USD Follow-up Report" buttons appear directly on the partner form â but only for customers who actually have USD transactions.
Send Statements by Email:
A one-click Send button on both reports uses dedicated mail templates to email the statement or follow-up notice straight to the customer.
Accurate Running Balance:
Balances are calculated line-by-line by due date, matching the behavior customers expect from the standard Partner Ledger â just converted correctly to USD.
