Just works, right away
Install it and every date field in Odoo shows the Nepali calendar automatically. Nothing else to set up.
Nothing breaks behind the scenes
Odoo still saves the real date underneath, so your reports, backups, and anything else connected to your system keep working normally.
Feels like part of Odoo
The calendar looks and behaves like Odoo's own date picker — including dark mode and mobile phones.

Show both calendars together
What you get
- Every person can choose Nepali or English dates — from their own profile, or with one tap in the top bar
- Pick a start and end date — for a leave request, a project, anything — fully in the Nepali calendar
- Type dates directly, in English or Devanagari numbers, whichever you're comfortable with
- Show both calendars together if you like, for example 07/11/2026 (2083-03-27)
- Your invoices, quotations and other PDF documents can show English dates, Nepali dates, or both
- When you export to Excel, choose whether dates come out in English, Nepali, or both
- Works correctly across time zones, so meeting times and timestamps stay accurate
- Choose Devanagari or English month names and numbers, wherever dates appear
- Very old dates outside the Nepali calendar's range are shown in English automatically, so nothing ever breaks
Settings, made simple
Everything lives in one place: Settings → Nepali Calendar. Choose how dates are written, which script to use, how PDF documents and Excel exports should look, and what new team members see by default. Every option shows you a live example, so you always know exactly what you're choosing.
Built to be accurate
We didn't just test a few dates and hope for the best. Every single day for the next hundred years was checked, one by one, to make sure the Nepali and English dates always match up correctly.
