Setup & Configuration

-Install Website Product 360 & AR View from the Odoo Apps menu.

-Configure Meshy AI token and generation options in Settings > General Settings > Product 3D Generation.

-Open the product form and use the 360 & AR View tab.

-Generate a 3D model from product images or configure GLB/USDZ models manually.

-Add 360 degree image frames when a rotation viewer is required.

-Publish the product and test the Product Preview modal on the website.

Step 1 - Install the Module

-Open Apps, search for Website Product 360 & AR View, and click Install.

-The module depends on website_sale and base_setup, so install/update those modules if Odoo asks for dependencies.

Step 2 - Configure Meshy AI Settings

- Go to Settings > General Settings > Product 3D Generation.

- Paste the raw Meshy API key in Meshy API Key. Do not include the Bearer prefix; the module adds it automatically.

-Recommended options: AI Model = Latest, Use Product Gallery Images = enabled, Generate USDZ = enabled, Auto Size = enabled, Enhance Source Images = enabled, Remove Lighting = enabled.

Step 3 - Generate 3D Model from Product Images

- Open a product and add a main product image. Add gallery images for better multi-image generation quality.

- Open the 360 & AR View tab and click Generate 3D From Product Images.

- The form shows task status, provider status, progress, task id, requested time, completed time, and last error.

- When the Meshy task succeeds, GLB and optional USDZ files are downloaded and stored on the product.

Step 4 - Configure Manual AR Settings

- Enable AR View to show 3D / AR preview on the website product page.

- Use generated files, upload GLB/USDZ binaries, or enter public GLB/USDZ URLs.

- Use Model Scale to control the model scale passed to model-viewer. Default value is 1 1 1.

- Upload a poster image for the loading preview, or the product image will be used as fallback.

Step 5 - Configure 360 Degree Images

- Enable 360 Degree View and add at least two images.

- Use the Sequence column to set the rotation order.

- The website viewer allows customers to drag left/right or use previous/next controls.

Step 6 - Test Website Product Preview

- Publish the product and open the website product page.

- If AR or 360 data is available, the Product Preview section appears below the product images.

- Click Open Preview. If both features are available, the modal shows 3D / AR and 360 Degree tabs.
