Website Sale - Advance Payment
Allow customers to pay advance/deposit payment for products on website.
Features:
- Configure advance payment percentage per product (50%, 80%, etc.)
- Customer pays only the advance amount during checkout
- Track payment status: advance paid, full payment completed
- Customer portal to pay remaining balance
- Compatible with any product in e-commerce website
- Can be used by booking modules or regular product sales

Table of contents
Configuration
- Go to Sales > Products > Products
- Open a product and go to Sales tab
- Enable Allow Advance Payment
- Set Advance Payment (%) (e.g., 50 for 50%)
Usage
For Customers:
- Add product with advance payment to cart
- Checkout shows: Paying 50% now, remaining 50% later
- Complete payment for advance amount
- Access order from portal to pay remaining amount
For Store Managers:
- View orders with advance payment status
- See advance amount paid and remaining amount
- Send payment link to customer for remaining amount
- Track full payment completion
For Customers:
- Checkout shows advance payment details
- Complete payment for advance amount
- Receipt attached to order confirmation email
- Access order from portal to pay remaining amount
For Store Managers:
- View orders with advance payment status
Send payment link to customer for remaining amount
Click Collect Remaining Payment button to open the order in portal.
Or, click on Send button to email the payment link to customer.
